Reckendahl's Isesi
...was my first Azawakh. Isesi was bred by Gisela Cook-Schmidt in Germany and imported in utero to California. He was born on Halloween, 1987, in the first litter of Azawakh born in the United States. He was an example of what I consider the 'golden cross' of the old Yugoslavian line and the Old French line, without the inclusion of the dogs imported by Coppe. I called him Siqqi. Al hamdullilah.
