Sahelian born Tiraout...
...whelped a litter of three female and two male puppies last night, al hamdullilah. They will be called Toumlilt, Tamoudit, Iferouane, Bomboukou and Abalak. This is the fist time a bitch has produced true "parti-colored" puppies...a dream of mine for many years. I had high hopes since one of Tiraout's sisters that we brought back from the Sahel (her name is Melousina and she was brought out by Claudia Gemmato, Italy, A.B.I.S. member) was pure white except for brown around the eyes and ears. I also thought that since the sire of the litter is Fasiqqi (a parti-colored male Gabriele Meissen and I imported from Italy, from Alberto Rossi) that there might be a chance of getting white puppies...but when the first one came out I was still shocked. She was almost totally white with only some small patches of color. The second born was an almost identical male puppy. And the three that followed were fawn with only some white markings. Again, al hamdullilah!
